Transformations - Transformation Of The Week - Tony Pasquale.

I was tired of carrying around so much excess water and fat mass. I decided to make a change that would make me healthier and feel better about myself. See how I did it right here.

All I gotta say is damn. He had a lot of mass before the cut, but 10 weeks? That's a hell of a cut for that time. Very impressed.

Hamstrings?

Why don't you train hamstrings? His upper body is incredible and he could go upper body pose for pose with anyone. It looks like his legs have a lot of catching up to do. They are extremely smooth. One suggestion - in my experience legs need more work especially when trying to bring out the details. It does not appear he does much for legs at all. I wonder how the intensity is and the depth of his squats are? If he can bring his lower body up to par with his upper body, he can do some damage on stage.

Your correct/incorrect about my leg training....

I didn't tan/shave my legs before taking these pictures.(I had applied a tanner to my upper body) Also, in none of the photo's did I actually flex my quads. (which i do have a bad habit of forgeting to flex when posing)

As for training them your correct...I hadn't really been killing them. I was sand bagging them for the last 8 months or so. My quads that it is. I would do them inconsistently, and with not an all out effort.

I forgot to put my hamstring workout in here...but those I have stayed on top of. I know for a fact that If I tanned them up, and shaved the hair you would see that they are way more detailed than the pics let on. Neverthless, they need improvement. I agree.

Also, I did low carbs with double cardio sessions, I believe this too attributed to some of the leg loss. Not to mention I hadn't dropped any water, and I tend to hold some in my legs until about the 5% mark.

I have already started hammering my weak points and attempting to balance all of these things out.

Thanks to everyone for your positive feedback/constructive criticism.

Tony

Tony -

All in all, you did a tremendous job. I know from experience how much work you put in to get into that condition. Concentrate on those quads and take the stage. You will do well. Congratulations and good luck.

Weight Loss

Fantastic results, and it looks like it took tremendous effort and concentration, really something to be proud of. I was wondering what your weight was after completing the 10 week cut, I didn
t see it on the page.

Thanks and keep up the great work.

G.
