forget about the GIGANTIC DOSES OF STEROIDS THAT ARNOLD TOOK AT THAT TIME
and that now he has triple by pass and new liver .
DOt misunderstand me Arnold is my fovourite bodybuilder but his genetic and the abilities to recover because of steroids and genetic were 10 times better than
the most people here .
So if u do what he did you will probably overtrain .
And his methods are for really pros not for advancet or begginers .

^^you simply know your not good enough^^

honestly Arnold has said " NUMEROUS " times that he used steroids merely to retain muscle while dieting down before the Olympia

this man has the focus and dedication that is unbeknowst to many others, a drive that took him to the forefront of the world bb stage...

i've read in Flex and others that guys like "Quadzilla" are dead, Mentzer died of an early age due to diuretics and other interesting substances that tightened his skin up...

guess what Arnold is fine now, and living a awesome life as a politician , sure which old man doesn't have problems with health?

if he ever took steroids in the off-season it was not huge amounts it was obviously in moderation or else he would be in a terrible state yet he is not.

thats my view

Thumbs up

don't read into this too much... they are creating this article to peak interest and sell a product... the ultimate mass e-book. Regardless if fiber-splitting is far fetched, x-reps are amazing and I use them all the time since I bought their e-book a couple months ago.

Are their claims a lil exagerated? probably

Do x-reps kick my ass everytime i use them? ABSOLUTELY

True but remember that the doses they were taking then were not close to what many pros take now. Hence, the massive bellies and even gynecomastia cases.
