Before Bed - Off Season
In bulking season even before bed try to keep your carbs low but protein high.
Protein powder shake
Protein powder (40g Protein all up)
Ice Cream
Either blend all together into a thick shake or have the ice-cream separate.

never heard that one. but unless he's using a low carb or a low fat ice cream, its not a good idea, since normal ice cream is usually packed with sugar and a good amount of fat.

ctg is still a queer
Some pretty good recipes.
Also try
Microwave Potato
then add cheese and a tiny bit of butter, a dash of A!, then break it up and add cottage cheese.
The cottage cheese really brings it together and takes away the dryness usual with potatoes.

there's an article written by mauro di pasquale where he says that microwaving can destroy up to 97% of the antioxidants in foods we heat in the microwave as well as some vitamins....

How you cook your potato is entirely up to you. Good point about the microwave though. Also, boiling in water removes nutrients.

that is ridiculous... cooler foods actually travel down the GI tract faster than warm foods

GI has nothing to do with how fast something is transported down the GI tract. Gycemic index refers to the change in blood glucose vs. time and is the area under the curve of said graph
