I don't think your analysis of the hamstrings was very accurate. You have to remember that the "Hamstrings" is a grouping of muscle and depending on where the electrode is placed on the skin, the reading will be different.

Although more invasive, but more effective is the one where the actualy probe certain muscle groups with eletcrodes to see the activation of that specific muscle.


I think you also be aware that rarely is there an isolation exercise that is more effective than a compound movment. Even with biceps.

Its funny, but those guys who "Cheat" seem to have the biggest arms.

The Best exercise is the one you push the hardest on. Establishing the mind-muscle connection and getting a strong neural pathway is the game. If you push as hard as you can and stay focused while lifting the heaviest weight you can (with good form!) you will recruit the most muscle fibers, and thus have the greatest muscular response.

Some of these seem pretty sketchy...just hard to believe hamstring machines are better than straight-leg deads...among others....
