"When I say biblical I just mean the good book, whether it's the Koran, Torah or Bible (they all more or less say the same thing)."
Have you read the Koran, Torah and Bible to know that they "more or less say the same thing"? I really don't think you have, since the Torah is actually in the bible: the Torah is the first five books of the bible.
The bible and/or the Torah definitely do not say the same thing as the Koran. Before you make generalities like this, please make sure you know what you're talking about.

Learn to write. I had trouble even following the logic behind this article.

Mostly a very interesting and logical article! I like how he talks about the medical profession doing studies and generalizing something when they really haven't even studied it and how stupid that is! Lack of logic however when it came to vegetables and natural things like that being created for rabbits, that doesn't make sense. Also you can't really say that animals know what they should eat. Many of the will eat nearly anything and I've even seen where a monkey will eat its own poop. If you'd like to write an article about why humans should also eat their own poop I'm sure that would be very interesting and I will read it. Good article though!

I didn't like this article.
From what I could pick up he thinks milk is good, but only if it is "raw", and you should only drink it moderately with certain other foods and this is because his grandmother is 102 years old and drank milk.
If that didn't make sense, then you know how I felt after I read the article. Also, he somehow worked a "Homer Simpson mentality" reference in there, and although I know Homer is not a particularly bright guy I'm not sure exactly what a Homer Simpson mentality is.
Really the article is just bizarre. No clear thesis, not well supported, and it jumps around like no other. Particularly dissapointing since there is so many misconceptions about milk out there, and this did nothing to clear them up.

He's right. Milk digests better and easier when it is raw. And when milk is combined with other foods, because of the slow digesting nature of casien, it tends to "wrap" around other foods present in the stomach and prevent their more speedy digestion. This is mostly a problem with meat because it can cause putrefaction.

'Note: When your stomach acid is as high as it should be, it will kill all bacteria and viruses that enter the stomach'
This was a very strange article, no part of it more so than the blatently incorrect statement which I have cut and pasted above. The stomach plays host to a range of natural bacteria which happily live with us in symbiosis. Added to this there are a huge number of opportunistic bacteria and viruses which, once ingested, replicate in the gut and cause disease. I just couldn't believe that I read this statement!

all viruses and bacteria in the stomach are killed? FALSE
Wow, leave the science to the scientists. Although some of the information in the article was interesting, don't make claims or recommendations that are completely unsupported. Please read this article: http://www.canada.com/ottawacitizen/...339a6b&k=85003
The human stomach is always host to a variety of bacteria. In fact, without
bacteria in our digestive systems, we would not be able to digest food.
Anyone who has every experienced food poisoning understands that the stomach is not invincible against microbial activity.

Completely disorganized and unsupported
Despite claims to the contrary, this article follows the sad trend of a piece of gibberish written by someone who holds a staunch view and seeks to find evidence to support that view. Definitely not a balanced, scientific consideration.

The Homer Simpson Mentality is explained in the Article,

Since Homer says things similar to this in a few episodes. though I don't see the place for this in the Article, looks like a attempt to appeal to readers. which failed.
The Logic that Drinking Milk Helped his Grandparents live to old age is silly, I could conclude that Gin Helps you live longer since the Queen Mom, lived very old and drank Gin every day, or Cigars help you live longer since George Burns Smoked one every day. Lifestyle and genetics is what garners how old you are going to live. the food you eat is only part of the lifestyle.
I agree with the Article that Drinking Milk is good for you, and that "fresh milk" is most likely better then pasteurized Milk. But I don't see the need for this Article at all, It looks like a 14 year old argument paper that is being submitted for grading. I would like to see more of the statements backed up with Studies, rather then the writers observations as a pre teen.
There must be Studies of the Nutritional value of "fresh milk" vs Pasteurized milk, And while linking, lets compare goats milk to Cow milk in the claim that all milks are essentially created equal. back it up. That is all I ask, back up the statements.

"So, if milk was made for cows then that means human beings should never eat vegetables or lettuce or carrots because that's made for rabbits. (You get my point?)"

I stopped reading right after you said "your chiropractor friend". It is a pseudo-science and you are trying to talk about science.
And your talking about informing yourself
