Another Great Article by Tisha
A timely article. The obesity problem is the same here in Singapore where I live. Tisha brought up an important point about us adults being role models. How can we adults encourage children to adopt healthy lifestyles if we ourselves do not. Children are not blind. Though I don't have children and never will, I hope to be a good role model for my teen nephew.

Great article
This article is so true! I am a teacher and I constanly see overweight children at our school and I try to get them involved in our dance programs, or anything to get them active. I'm glad you shed some light on this problem with your informative and well written article. This is definately a big problem in this country! Thanks Tisha

good job on your artical
That was an excellent article about some of the changes that can be made to help fight Child obesity. I agree that parents should be putting more effort into providing better choices for there children. We may want to also look at putting money back into our schools physical education programs, instead of pulling the funding and deeming it someone else’s responsibility, we are all responsible for our future that includes or children’s fitness future as well

I follow all of your articles, you are an extremely talented writer, you should consider sending your work to the Fitness magazines, your wording is enjoyable to read and far from boring. I am going to register here with Bodybuilding.com, the site is great and besides I will always come back to read anything you write! Keep it up.

I like your pitch. Now would you like to donate $1 to my cause of finding a cure for the number 1 killer of people, "Natural Causes".

Great Article!
Hi Tisha I loved that article, Althought I do not have kids, I do have a nephew (who is only 6 moths old) but I believe that it's never too early to begin healthy habits. My sister isn't really up to date on health news and so forth, she's always busy with the baby and school. I am definately printing this article out for her or emailing it, because I know that she will benefit from it tremendously. Thanks for sharing your knowledge beautiful. Love always....Karina
