His arms have definately improved. Definately needs leg shots. Unless I'm missing something.

Fruitarian (No meat, fish, eggs, dairy, vegetables. Leaves from veggies are considered fruits to fruitarian, as they do not kill the stem if they fall off/cut off, much like apple of tree.)

The guy has great ecto genetics.
"Eating cheat meals like ice cream, pizza, burritos, and other forbidden foods actually helped me gain that mass that I was looking for. I had to judge by my appearance - if I was getting to soft, and my muscles looked blurred and smoothed over, I would have to eat clean until I returned to my normal state."
SO cheat meals helped you gain mass, yet you then say you ate this way.
"The main point of my diet was to eat lots of protein and carbohydrates and a moderate amount of good fats at my own discretion."
Either way, someone like this just needed the added food no matter good or bad, and look what happens. Weightlifting is so much about food, its how I went from 175-211 in about 3 months.

I've sen this kid in real life hes bigger than those pictures online. I'm not a small kid but he swarfs me in size. What i need to know is when can he train me at the fitrec and despite the fact that i train hard i don't seem to gt nearly the results i desire. While i see improvements my back seems to take to long to develop. Should i take any supplementation into my diet and what exersises should i do to help iprove my back.

I am also Parker's friend, and everything they say is true. Katharine Farrell does rock and Parker is huge. His dedication and work ethic are to be admired by all. He is an inspiration to all of us.

Parker is very muscular. His diets habits and workouts have definitly benefitted him. He is about the strongest guy i know!!

Great Read. He knew wanted he wanted to achieve. Set goals and tweaked his diet or training when he didnt see gains.

Ive never heard of anyones diet looking quite like this. Ive started using it, and i am already seeing positive gains in mass. Quite an innovative diet, which also allows you to eat what you enjoy. Great work parker.

Arnold made enought money with BB to have a nice operation at his heart in austria. I hope this bodybuilding boy will have the same money when he need this operation! Good luck!
