Well, I have to admit, this will either let you appreciate dieting for your cutting phase, or inspire you to have the cleanest bulk phase possible. I think I am going to the latter, since I don't like throwing up.

20week mircle diet

if i were to take animal cuts with this diet, when would be the best time? in the morning when i do cardio, ill be taking bcca's so i can keep more of my mass, but should i take it then or should i take animal cuts 30-40mins before i train?

In the AM as soon as you wake up. Then 4-5 hours later. Both on empty stomachs.
