congratulations on the amazing progress. you look beautiful (not to say that you weren't before!). your body looks awesome! you must feel really healthy and energetic now!
i've bookmarked your transformation so that i can show my female friends the real--and only--way to lose fat and transform the body. they are completely controlled by horrible weight-loss myths--Cutting all the carbs, not eating after 6pm, doing endless amounts of cardio with no weight training, cutting all fat as well!!... etc.
i've tried time and time again to offer them my advice, but they believe that bodbuilding nutrition and training is geared only towards men. hopefully your remarkable transformation will help dispel those myths for my friends.
you did a great job constructing a diet that was fairly strict, yet had variety and didn't seem bad at all!
i was pleased to see that you used heavy weights. that's the best way to maintain muscle while losing fat, as it ensured that most of the pounds you were losing were due to fat loss, not muscle loss.
again, good job! it's an amazing accomplishment that few (and i mean FEW) will ever make!
