Quick question

That is alot of calories... Is that diet for a 200 lb guy, or can a 145 lb woman follow it and still lose fat?

I like the variety, and you made it very clear. Thanks for sharing. I'll give it a try, but cut down the portions a bit... let you know how it goes in a few weeks.
