David Robson - Your 12-Week Transformation Guide: Nutrition - (Section 2)

Without the right nutrition the most perfectly structured program would be a complete waste of time. All top athletes will concur that nutrition is over half the battle.

Question Confused over inconsistencies between Nutrition and Supplement sections

Hi,

I've been training 3times/week for almost two months now and really liked this article so I'm going to try it! I'm ready to go full out so I've bought all of the supplements, but when cross-referencing the Nutrition and Supplement sections to set up my daily eating plan I get confused as they don't look the same...

1) Protein shakes, when?
On the Nutrition section: Monday - Meal Six - One whey protein shake
On the Supplement section: Monday - No mention of a protein shake anywhere

Tuesday's the same except the supplement says a protein shake Post Training. The mixup goes on for the rest of the week.

So when should I take the protein shake? Every day as in the Nutrition section, or "sometimes" as in the Supplement section?

2) Which meal is which?
The Nutrition section calls the meals Meal 1-6, while the Supplement section calls it in a more descriptive form. This makes me confused as which meal number is the afternoon or evening meal. Example on Monday:
Nutrition - Meal 1, Meal 2, Meal 3, Meal 4, Meal 5, Meal 6
Supplement - 30 minutes before breakfast, Breakfast, With mid morning meal, 30 minutes before afternoon meal, With evening meal

I'm guessing on this relation:
Breakfast - Meal 1
Mid Morning Meal - Meal 2
Afternoon Meal - Meal 4 (or Meal 5??)
Evening Meal - Meal 5 (or Meal 6??)

When should I take the supplements 30 min before "afternoon meal" and the supplements with "evening meal"?

Any help is appreciated! Thank you.
