Dumbest article this year

To be straight honest with u... U trying to convince yourself that either coleman or cutler is xrep builders just because u seen them doing reps that might count as what u call 'X-REP'? Ive seen all videos of ronnie and cutler, they never mentioned that xrep is what the secret is, looks more like they just sqeezing the last out of their muscle and dont really know what xrep really is, and u that wrote all this, have u even asked them or u are just a xrep-beliver that seen these movies and made all this up? Gotta love all this new training methods that popping up every year and create all this hype and sound like they works even better than steriods, just face the fact, cutler and ronnie got the best genetics u can have! THATS WHY THEY ARE THE BIGGEST!

Question Huh???

Cutler and Coleman may perform their workouts like you describe, but to say their hugh bodies are even partially a result of their x-rep workout is in itself a hugh stretch of reality. Everyone sells a gimic or the latest fad using the current stars as the results of the new product or service provided. I think chemical enhancement may be more likely the aid to their massive size than performing exercises in slightly different ways from the norm.

Well

Partial reps works for 7% of population i would guess, a good example to check if it works is using legpress. Since legs is the muscle u can add strength fastest on, try not lower the knees to bottomposition on your sets. And u will see if u can add more weight the next weeks or not. I would guess not, though ive seen that flex didnt go all down in his movie, but yes he was very gifted with genetics and partial may have something todo with where muscleholds are placed...

...

Hey this was a really interesting website. I've noticed after watching the Olympians do their routines that they never ever do full reps. Its weird but I do think it has something to do with an instinct that they're aware that what they do is stimulating their muscles to a high degree. I mean there are so many ways to stimulate one's muscles out there and experimentation with different techniques and evaluating the results of each is always healthy. Thumbs up to X-rep for another way of looking into lifting (which I'll surely try out) and sharing it with the rest of us.
