I LOLed pretty hard at this part of the article.
There's a few sound points of advice in here but the amount of carbs we should consume is seriously skewed. I never go above the "low carb" range on what I consider my "higher carb" days. If I ate 600 grams of carbs in one day, that would be max me out at my calories for the day from carbs alone. Overall, I give this article 2 of 5.
