Overload?
To be quite honest with u, only way to build big shoulders is to overload them heavly first (delts), then burn them out with smaller excersises. And injurys only occour when u going too heavy with weight your body aint used to. And to start with rear delts is like begging for injury when those excerises are the most dangerous, especially when u havent warm up before.
Look at some videos of the biggest deltsfreaks how they wrkout, u see anyone that do these excersies instead of go heavy directly with front delts? I dont think so...
