X-rep Training
I tried you X rep training method for the first time this week on my Biceps, WOW!
Normally when I train Biceps I find it difficult to obtain a good pump, and usually the next day I can’t feel any stimulation in the Biceps. But now 2 days after training my Biceps with the X rep method, when I flex my Bicep I can feel a deep contraction in the muscle like I have just stepped out of the gym.
I now have a new motivation, and I am 100% sure new growth is just around the corner.
