you have no idea what you are talking about. dont try to teach people things about bodybuilding that are just incorrect. you are not 2.0% bodyfat, that is ridiculous to live like that. go read some experienced people's articles. i hate you

I said between 2.0 and 3.0% body fat to compensate for the error in the calipers. Yes it is possible to live with 3.0% body fat. Look at Layne Norton's contest stats. He enters a contest at 3.0% body fat. Why don't you start doing some research?

It is very very unhealthy to have a BF% that low - Layne has said he was down to 3% once for a contest and he felt like **** - there is no way on earth you can mantain 3% for any amount of time.

it seems like bodybuilding.com is just giving the pen to anyone these days to keep on churning out articles. i would rather see quality articles ONLY, rather than having to filter through the **** pile that we are starting to collect

I think you should do some more research. Anything under 5 is truly not healthy. I felt like **** the entire week of my contest, hell I hardly had enough energy to get off the couch and turn on the TV. At 2 or 3% bodyfat you would literaly feel like a train hit you all the time. Trust me...your not 2-3% bodyfat. If you were 2% bodyfat...you would have striated glutes and even your cheek muscles in your face would be striated. And please don't promote muscletech, they are such a joke.

alright I'll put an end to this now. What I left out was the error in the calipers that I was using. Yes according to the calipers that I had, the reading on their chart was between 2 and 3 but that actually makes the real reading between 5 and 6%. I should have been more careful in proofreading and I am sorry for the misconception.

Palermo's mistake
In the actebolin-II review, Justin states that he is at 2-3 % bodyfat! Immediatelly after posting this, he realized it was at 5-6 %. Ask before you critisize!
