Annoying Transformations

I am sick and tired or seeing bogus transformations where people gain impossible natural size over short periods of time.

I have been working within the fitness world as a professional trainer and diet coordinator for well over 15 years.

For anyone viewing such pages and thinking they too can get the same results in the same time with the same diet are going to be shocked.

Supplements will help you in your goal but will never give you the results half the transformation pages show. Not with out drug abuse.

Body building is becomming a sad sad industry full of gimicks and cheats.

i think the graph labeled 'bicep barbell curl' is supposed to be his weight graph. just a hunch though... i see people all the time curling their own weight.
