manta ray

M R squats are a vey diferent squat to the powerlifter squat I do , so now I have two squats to choose from.
Manta Rays are harder for me, but harder is better.
I dislike the way it presses on my neck if I go to full depth.

But it is good.

Thumbs up What a relief!

I love my Manta Ray, I will never do rear squats again without the MR. I bought this harness after I hurt my shoulders from doing heavy squats (495). The barbell and weight was putting too much pressure on my shoulders.

Did some research on-line, found the MR, and about 40$ later I find myself a proud owner of healthy shoulders, a new found confidence, and increased motivation for leg day.

I agree 100% about distributing the weight 1600% better with the MR. Squats are no longer a feared exercise, it is now something I look forward to.
