hey its not good you lost all that muscle, if i was you I would bulk up, and loose FAT and ONLY fat....you can still make strength gains by loosing weight, it takes a while but the results are totally worth it
Im 5'5 157 lbs

I was 180 benching 170, I dropped now to 152 at one point benching 205

do some research on having a good diet

and last time I measured my arms they were 14 inches

i would say that i lost more fat then muscle.

tho too much fat, mainly due too much cardio, however that got my fitness way up so not so bad, and i guess its a bit of a learning process working out what works best for u.


i did research on havin a good diet, counted my macronutrients and total cals etc . eating atleast every three hours.

Isn't your bodyfat probably a little higher than 12%? You don't look that lean
