Thumbs up

I likeed this article. It seems like good honest stuff. No bragging about going from 100 to 200 pounds in 5 weeks or whatever. Dean talks about sensible hard yards that will result in solid achieveable gains. Good stuff. I am going to follow his advice as I am a smaller person too. I am inspired. Thanks Dean

Dean, thanks for the honest account of your experiences. Great to hear how you've progressed not only physically but also with regards to your mental approach. Keep up the good work and all the best.
