Thumbs up Great Message

A great message by Ms. Fields. While I was reading it I could have swore she talking about just me. It made me take a good look at myself and realize that as in many other endeavors...one needs to work smarter not just harder and that goes for getting and staying healthy.

boomeritis?

I hate when articles talk down to me. Boomeritis? Haven't we moved past the days of the "fragile egg" syndrome?

In the future, I would appreciate more focus on training tips that are actually specific to the Boomers, if there are any. The older I get the more I realize the training needs of the old and young are virtually the same. That is why I clicked on this article. I was hoping to hear something more profound than, "be careful oldie."
