Good Article
Zach did an awesome job of driving home the importance of good form and the issue of mind muscle connection. A powerful point made in a basic, clear cut, and easy to follow way. Keep it up Zach.

Small thing, but where I said "calves push lower legs parallel to the ground" yes I indeed meant "perpendicular"

For bodybuilding purposes I wish I was 5'9" on the nose.
It's weird, when I cared about being tall I exaggerated my height, now I'm almost ashamed to be over 6'. It sucks.

5'10" would be the upper limit of how tall I'd be ideally.
I mean look at the bodybuilders in that height range. Ronnie, Chris, Dennis James, Jay Cutler, Dorian, Lee Haney. That's perfect.

Yeah, thats true... I wouldn't mind looking like Shawn, Dexter or Lee though either.. How tall IS Shawn Ray anyway? I've heard anywhere form 5'5" to 5'8"... Dexter is only 5'6" but for some reason doesn't seem like he's that short..

Shawn's... 5'7" Not extremely short, but not one of the taller guys, definitely.
Ahmad Haidar's about 5'7" as well I believe.

Yeah Jaroslav is rather small. 5'6" and a hair over 190 at the O.
Claude isn't that short. I thought he was around 5'10" and 250.
Hardest guy at the O by far. Not a great shot here, but damn was he amazing.
