I didn't ifnd it quite convincing. There were no sources of medical data precisely mentioned (maybe you've read it in some anatomy book and guessed the rest).
Didn't mention anything about presses or what exercises to choose instead of flyes... Moreover, mas acromion doest not move upward (?) and I didn't understand why it would be teared in the exercise.
