Thumbs up the hard facts

Like so many things in health and bodybuilding, the real results will come with discipline, work and a moderate amount of effort. Dr. Willey's article is excellent in that it decribes a relatively simple method to get cut, just a little effort on our part. As is often the case, it is a little more difficult than just taking a pill. I thought I was eating pretty well but wasn't really losing the fat, probably because according to his article, I should be taking in around 1900 Cal per workout day and I'm taking in more like 2200.

Simple article, yet effective IMO! Few typos and grammar errors though, could've used some proof-reading for that. I would recommend the article to others nonetheless.
