i think that after doing that workout you wouldnt be able to even lift any food to eat cuz ur arms would be so sore lol.

Smile don't knock it until you try it.................

If you want to add some extra size on your arms then try this routine. I have done it a couple of times over the years and I have add 2/8 of an inch both times. It is a hard routine, so you will need balls to complete it. It is one of the hardest thing that I have done. Dont forget to take in plenty of extra protien that day and the next few days that follows.

yea... from glycogen supercompensation... it isn't a long term gain

While you claim to have gotten this idea from Arnold's book, he himself said in that book that this program was only used to create a pump the day before a contest, and mentioned nothing about any long term gain.
