so he just wrote an a whole article on how to hog the cable machine, good thing he doesnt go to my gym or id be pissed waiting on him to finish his work out

Title says Total body. So I expected to see some oly works... but captions " entirely on cable"? it turns out to be more modern bodybuilding than oldtime dumbbell/ barbell bodybuilding. Horrible.

than why call total body?
