This is a down-to-earth interview that comes to grips with how confidence builds from inside. Its not what other people say or think about us but how we use what God has already put in us. This article gives an insight on how to look inside yourself, find the motivation, and go for it!! Don't wait for somebody else to do it for you.

Great reading, lots of ground covered. Even if you aren't a "God" or "Jesus" person, you can still use the inspiration and benefit from the message behind the terminology. Energy is Energy, no matter what you name it.

My only nitpick, and just because I'm a vulture aficionado, is that Buzzards keep getting a bad rap when they're actually distinctive, intelligent, useful creatures. So I would modify his statement to read, You can't soar with the Eagles if you hang out with Turkeys."

In a world of Eat or Get Eaten, you don't want to be low on the food chain. Which is what confidence-building is all about - Raising your level of existence and quality of experience.
