Lightbulb abs

im a big guy. 6'5 225 looking to build mass but i want to know when i hit the cutting cycle, should i run more like everyday or 2-3 times a week but longer distances to preserve my gained mass. i have already put on 13 lbs of lean muscle (7 in the last month). help me. thanks.

You should run 2-3 times a week anyway. But don't run farther than a few miles if you're looking to build mass. Long Distance Olympic runners are thin for a reason. They burn everything because they run far, including muscle. If you really want to build mass, you should do sprints.

What you say will work. And sticking the work 'key' kinds of gives this article some credibility since people have this word/definition processor up in their brain.

But I can dispute all the keys. Eat fewer calories instead of doing all that cardio. And what's 'proper nutrition' anyway. Fewer calories. And don't waste time doing ab work. Anytime you pick some weights up your abs help stabilize your trunk.

Killer abs? What's the mentality of that phrase anyway?
