This Rocks

I'm a beginner that has went through BB.com for a whiletrying to create my own program. I put that through the shredder after I tried this for two weeks. The first week I seriously thought I'd have to call a cab for a ride home! Now 3 months on this program I've gained almost 15 lbs, and I feel Great! Course, I added an Abs routine after the chest, but that was all. Try this routine first, try it last, but atleast try it, you'll get hooked.

Look, I've been BSing differnt stuff here and there going on six months, searching through article after article... Friends have been helping me on the BodySpace... After trying some of these moves with the intensity that he writes...Things have been a whole lot differnt, in the gym, towards a lot!!!

WOW! That looks like a killer workout! I like it! One problem though. Won't this lead to overtraining? On the first 2 or 3 sets am i suppose to stop on a rep range and not feel too drained? Or go crazy on all sets?
