This Rocks
I'm a beginner that has went through BB.com for a whiletrying to create my own program. I put that through the shredder after I tried this for two weeks. The first week I seriously thought I'd have to call a cab for a ride home! Now 3 months on this program I've gained almost 15 lbs, and I feel Great! Course, I added an Abs routine after the chest, but that was all. Try this routine first, try it last, but atleast try it, you'll get hooked.
