What he suggests for eating in the morning before training and then letting it digest for an hour is impracticle - the whole point of early morning training is convenience - you'd be sacrificing sleep to wake up that early make all that food then let it digest.

I train AM myself and immediately on waking consume whey and dextrose to stop catabolism - I only give it 20-25 minutes to digest (which is enough time for me) - I think too much else is just not possible for most people.

I workout early on an empty stomach and have good workouts but still cant shed sufficient weight any advice?
