na i put squats in the middle for 15 reps each of my 3 sets

ill keep em in though but not heavy as I feel this is a main reason my waste is down to a 31"

Can't wait to get back into heavy lifting? Whats the matter, cant you lift heavy with only 400gms of carbs? In case you didn't realise im joking, wait till you really start dieting and cut carbs right out (0 - 100gms a day) then you;ll really know about moodiness, lack of motivation and hardcore bodybuilding at it's best, some people have no idea

only had to go under 100g of carbds a day in my last week out when i was depleting

no need to eat less as the time of the day i was eating them counted for something
