Squats work the ab & adductors as well as the hamstrings. YOU are wasting alot of valuable time and energy by doing so much direct work on muscles that simply don't need that much.

Exclamation Biochemical Bodybuilder

Your leg workout sounds more like something I would train women to do. I have been in a gym for almost 18yrs. I have competed a few shows but mostly train for health now. Working abductors and adductors? If you are doing leg curls and stiff legged deadlifts and squats only a girl would want to do coochie crunches. While I admire your article being posted on the net and yes most people have no idea what it means to train legs, but I come from a place in Bayou known for powerlifting and olympic lifters. I can assure you everyone of them have powerful big legs and NO ONE works their adductors. Our gym places those in the ladies only area. The reason legs are overlooked is 90% of the workout world is lazy. Gifted or not legs aren't given they are earned and burned into your memory. I didnt have "gifted legs", but by the time I was threw olympic training [Snatch & Clean & Jerk] I couldnt wear blue jeans. I still train my legs, but with age comes wisdom. I dont try for the heavy compound movements as much anymore due to the collateral damage to the joints; however the intensity and variation of exercises still matches my ability with most younger than me...Bottom line dont waste effort on those girl machines lewt the women use them.
