Question Training Schedule

I hit every body part really hard and give it a long time to heal. (7 days). My question is this routine a good one?

Tuesday- flat bench press
- Incline bench press
- Decline bench press
- Dumbell butterflys
Wednesday-
- Squats
- Leg extensions
- Leg curl(Hamstrings)
- Calf raises
Thursday-
- Bicep Curls(bar)
- Dumbel curls
- Hammer Curls
- Tricep Kickbacks
- Standing tricep extension
- Lying tricep extension
Friday- Day Off
Saturday-
- Wide arc dumbell presses
- Extremely high incline presses
- Lateral side raises
- Upwright Rowing
Sunday-
- Bent rowing
- Dumbell bench rows
- Deadlifts
- Shrugs
- Wide grip pullups
Monday- Day off
