Maybe I missed it, but are we supposed to be ramping up the weight for each set or is the same weight supposed to be used for all sets following the warmup set?

exactly my questions.
also, when you get to later weeks where sets increase, like week 4 sets are 6X6-10, do we need to lower weight that we do first week(3x6-10)?
Also, this workout should take around 30 mins correct? VERY little rest in between workouts and sets? This causes me to do like 5-20 pounds less weight then i usually do because im so tired from the workout before, is this normal?
