mistakes?

so i guess no one ever comes and corrects mistakes on this workout. example-phase3:hypertrophy 2- one of the last excercises on day 2 is standing dumbell lat row(bilateral) - now thats where u stand up, bend over and do lat rows with dumbells-but the picture has a lady doing some front shoulder raises- so which is right? the pic or the exercise title- i went with the title but im hoping its the shoulders bc theres already 2 sets of back and 1 other shoulder! lemme know jasonmarcantonio@gmail.com
