In the past week I've received thousands of hits to my own site and hundreds and hundreds of emails, some coming directly from this site and a lot coming through word of mouth and people sharing my story with friends and family..... The positive response I have received has simply blown me away.

You tell me I inspire you and that in turn inspires me to do even better, to never give up and to help as many people as I can. Honestly this whole past week the positivity has had me walking on air and lifting like a beast!

I still get TONS of emails and visitors from this site and I must say all your compliments are greatly appreciated! And I feel great knowing I've help motive so many people. Some keep in touch weekly and update me on their progress!

The most common question I get is about my actual weight and height....

I'm 6' even and in the "before" pics I'm running around 280lbs. I could have weighted a bit more at times, but as a big guy I avoided scales like the plague. I'm also sorry I don't have more before pics, but as a "big man" I never felt comfortable having my picture taken.

In the "after" pictures I'm still 6' and weighing in at 175lbs.
