Glutamine

Wow! This was a very informative article on Glutamine. Thank you.
Out of all the articles that I have read to date, this is the only article
that suggested that diabetics considering glutamine usage should discuss the matter with his/her physician first. Since, I'm a diabetic, I am most grateful that you gave this information. Again, Thank you!

Question

I recenly started glutamine supplementation and have noticed a concurrent

decrease in joint pain. Is there any research into this effect; or have any

other readers experienced this?

Actually it would take way too much glutamine to really do anything. Most of it is destroyed once it enters the gut. One would need to take it intraveinously for it to be a big benefit.
I would say save your cash for something else.
Also glutamine was used to help restore stomach lining.
Glutamine: a product that is overpriced and over hyped.
