And we want to know all this because...
It's great that you two are in shape, but there are plenty of other "fitness couples" out there as well.

yeah right
Gimme a break! You act like your the only couple into health & fitness. Every new couple has it's sparks...nothing new there....but when you flaunt it around like it's some ditech commercial, it just makes people want to vomit. How about some real useful information to give the rest of us fitness enthusiasts besides just trying new protein bars.

I whole heartedly agree with you...we never stated we were the 'only' fitness couples 'out there'.
However, because most American's are statistically 'overweight' and since me and Louis are both respected as individual fitness representatives, we receive a lot of questions as a couple, on how to motivate and inspire your significant other...afterall, your partner is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your life and it is important that he/she has a reverance for a healthy lifestyle as well.
It is easy to talk to talk and not walk the walk...this article was an article that 'walked' five days with us as a couple who are both consciously aware of both the big and small daily choices that can potentially screw or support your fitness lifestyle. Instead of writing our '14 tips' like most articles, we decided to give readers a birdseye perspective of how the tips are related in a daily life.
I commend you for being educated and knowledgable in fitness and health. I hope we inspire those who aren't as fortunate as you are.

You both just come across as ignorant in every single article. Sure it's great that you both are so devoted to something and in this case it's fitness but who honestly cares? you both talk like you split the atom. News flash, plenty of obese/out of shape guys live full rich lives.
I'm not hating either i give you guys your props, an attractive couple that obivously know what they're doing fitness wise and seem to be having alot of fun which is great. I just have no-idea how these articles get published
Your girlfriend looks a little like my ex too ill find a pic, weird

I don't think we are 'ignorant', considering that Louis succesfully lost over 140 pounds and kept it off for over five years. I have been in the fitness industry for several years professionally, personally and competitively. We are assuming that most people who read articles targeting 'fitness advice' are those who 'care' about fitness at some level.
I definitely agree that those who aren't 'fit' live rich lives...I am not nearly as fit as Monica Brant, but I'm pretty happy..
Your ex-girlfriend looks like a beautiful gal...I am certain you must posess some strong, sexual, male, symbols that initially attracted her physically to you.
Happy Training!

LOL. You took the time to check old posts of mine?!? By the way, you mis-spelled punctuation....Also, you forgot an 'a' between 'not' and 'writer'. What words are missing from my post that you quoted?
I posted that bit about your grammar as I thought it was both ironic and funny that Mike Mahler mentoned how intelligent you are (I'm not saying you are not.) right after you posted this......

I know this thread isn't about your grammar but come on now. "...me and Louis..."??? An talk about run on....sheesh!
How do you figure that I post often? If you consider that I registered in Jan. '04, I have approx. 1.5 posts / week.
You do not know I am not a writer. What makes me any less of a writer than Louis or yourself??
Wow, this is really getting O/T now. Pretty funny though!
Finally, I know my criticisms have been harsher than they should. All in the name of trying to be a wise @ss. I will try to tone it down.
Seriously, think about the Dodgeball thing though. White Goodman...

hey!
Hey Louis and Maria!
That was a great read and definitely offered some very good tips on eating on the road. I am heading to vegas soon and will probably pick up a few protein bars to keep me away from fatty foods.
