Talking Very funny!!

THis is quite funny!!

I have done such things while travelling as well, like doing tricep extensions with hotel easy chairs, and bicep curls with the end tables!!

I really like the cow idea though....grrrrrrrrr

Correct

I have only been lifting weights for about 11 months now with a curl bar and 100 pounds of weight. With the weights I hit every part of my body except the chest and tries. I have been doing decline pushups, wide grip pushups and incline pushups and I have made a lot of progress as well. I do rest periods of 1 minute, 1 30 and 2 minutes. I aslo have a "chest Flexor" chest spring bar that I got at Walmart that hits the chest arms/upper body. It really works

Finally!

I am not a bodybuilder but I am a 34 yr-old mother and volunteer firefighter (looking to go career). I do not have access to weights or a gym nor the money to invest in either so this article was exactly what I was needing!

I am tickled pink to find that someone is willing to part with this information without charging a membership or newsletter fee. Please keep it this way!

Thanks!!!!!
