Contest

In your article you stated that you placed second in your contest. How come you didn't post pictures from the show? Also, training a body part twice in a week doesn't necessarily mean that its going to grow. Quite the contrary, overtraining could be detrimental. If you are performing an exercise incorrectly, its only going to be an exercise in futility.
Try and learn a few new exercise for your weak points, and more importantly, work on your performance of the exercises. Try cutting the weight that you are using, and feel the muscle stretching and contracting throughout the entire rep range! Other than that, you looked pretty solid in the pictures you did post keep at it, keep learning, and thus keep growing.
