Much theories
Many of the laws and statements are just theories how they works for most of us, as example Use it or loose it, true but not true, for many it takes less time and for many people loose it after a very long time. But age have lot of influence of the process too.
Law III
The Overload Principle
Relates to Law II, in that to gain further size & strength, endurance, etc., you must use training that is greater than what the body would normally encounter.
If you train with the same amount of weight and/or repetitions every workout your muscles will not continue to adapt. Thus, you must overload in some way to cause further adaption.
U cant really say that since its more complicated, for example intensity of reps and amount and contraction makes every excersice thousand of ways how to do it and if u for example use superslow reps or rest pause systems, the weight will hit the muscle different every time aslong as u only can go 10-12 reps max. Its how u overload your muscles and stretch it that makes it grow. It also sound on the statement that u have to change weight every 2 weeks or u wont grow, thats just silly and most of us who train knows that the chestday u had last week wont be as that u gonna have today, trying to replicate them are pretty hard if u know how to train and overload the muscles on a proper way. The body always failure somewhere and its not often the same place every week.
