peronally i dont use knee wraps, or weight belts and i routinely squat over 400 lbs. i agree with the points on knee wraps but i believe that reliance on weight belts hinders the development of abdominal and lower back strength. as for wrist wraps, i usually only use them for my heaviest sets of deadlifts or shrugs and occasionally for maxing out sets of pullups but i do good amount of seperate forearm work.
