Wow...

This is actually a very short workout and I don't really the challenge in it. Maybe for those big fat powerlifters who have no cardiovascular endurance whatsoever, but for me, this really is basically putting various cardio things I do throughout the week into one workout...

Hey, guess what else is hard? Running a marathon! Except, this is a bodybuilding forum and so this routine is quite out-of-the-way of our goals.

There are hundreds of better circuit training workouts if someone is looking to train on the track...
