Angry be humble

Just one question? Why do natural bodybuilders feel the need to bash the professionals who use drugs. I, myself, have been drug free for life. Yet I do not throw it in everyone's face. Granted, today's pros would not have the pysiques they have without huge amounts of drugs. Yet you cannot say they do not work hard. Afterall, there are guys at my gym who take large amounts of drugs who are lazy, have poor diets, and do not look nearly as good as the lowest ranked pro! Why can't natural athletes just say that drugs are not for them. Do not bash the pros. I know myself would rather see a 275 pound shredded freak, than a 200 pound natural athlete. It makes for good entertainment. If you are going to cry about "meatheads" who use drugs, you better take a look at all professional sports. Stop watching football, hockey, baseball, etc. Be proud of your choice to be drug free, as I am, but be humble. Your views and choices may differ from the next.

He didn't bashed anyone about drugs. The meathead comment was regarding the childish disputes some pros have.

Thumbs up

The author was also saying that the Pros are using drugs and at the same time giving all the credit for their gains to a supplement their endorsing. Although id read most of whats written in the article before, I thought that it was good to have all the information gathered together for people newer to bodybuilding, especially young teens who may not know any better ( how I was a few years ago). Good article all round.

Thumbs up Matt's article

What a refreshing change I'm very disillusioned with the mags available here in the UK - they seem to be filled from cover to cover with suppliment advertisements - some are very difficult to pick out from editorials...

What Matt said is all common sense, but its good to see someone else thinking along the same lines. Nice one Matt

bodybuilding mags

You have to look at it from the suppliers point of view. Hundreds of thousands of people will see it and obey what you say! Most cost between 3,000 - 8,000 for a full page ad. A web page costs the time it takes to make it! Funny how people will do everything everyone else will!

right but when does it stop...it's gotten to the point where over half the magazine is advertisements...that's ridiculous.
