Transformations - Transformation Of The Week - Michael (a.k.a. Romeo) Vincent.

Up until now Michael has been living life with the motto of, 'I'll do what I want, when I want, eat whatever I want.' Here is his story and how he, as many others have, dumped this motto for clean and active living!

One thing I would like to see in these stories is a timeframe. He said he bought size 38 pants in March 05, and a month later they were too small. So lets say in April he went on a diet. It is Sept now, so in 6 months he lost 50 pounds. Considering he is lifting now, he must have gained muscle, so he had to lose more than 50 pounds of fat in 6 months. That is almost 10 pounds a month. If it is true, it is pretty impressive.

The story actually has a typo. I was 253 on 4/4/05. I lost 72lbs in exactly five months. The five month weight was taken on 9/4/05. I lost an average of 3.6lbs per week.
