You mean to say, that you would only gain an inch after training a year with this routine?...

Great article, very realistic expectations for most people adding an inch in a year. It doesn't happen overnight!

keepin it simple

i liked the straight forward approach. nothing wishy washy.
when in the training split would be the best to throw arm day in? any forearm work?

Train arms on your last training day of the week. For forearms train them at the end of the upper arm routine. Two sets of wrist curls and one or two sets of reverse curls. Don't overlook indirect stimulation from gripping the bar during back and traps training.
