I wonder how much scitec and designer whey paid you for this one. I ignored the info in this article as soon as I read you imply that supplements are better than whole food. I am a natural, I use suplements, a lot, for convenience, other than that, they do not stand a chance over a good diet, I'm not talking a chicken, brown rice, and brocc. diet. The kind I'm talking about very few of us have time for, that is where supplements come in and they do a job, but please do not tell me they are better than whole food.
