Although Anthony looks good, more of a fitness model than a bodybuilder. I disagree with his "If it's not broke" theory. Anybody who trains knows that your body will adapt. You need to throw it a curve ball now and again. Training routines need to be varied in order for your body to grow. Plus, I think I'd get bored doing the same routines over and over again.

That interview was filled with more misinformation than I have seen in a long time. You can't train for a bicep peak! LOL! It's genetic, man. Either you have it in the cards or you don't. Think about it: arnold had a great peak, but others in his time didn't. It wasn't because he was doing special training techniques, it's because it was dealt to him in his genetic cards. That does'nt mean you still can't build massive biceps, though.

Secondly, 5 sets for arms? Let me guess. Once per week workouts, right? That is such an antiquated way of training. We know so much more about how muscles grow now. I do agree he had a nice physique. It didnt look to me like he was doing alot of deadlifts or anything of that nature. More of the male model look. Anyhoo.

Thumbs up

I saw Anthony Catazaro on Mr. Romance he was halarious. Very cool guy.

As far as changing routine I have read numerous people say they have followed the same routine for years and are monsterous. However, Weider supps has something to do with it for sure.
