Errors in your article!

You have several glaring errors in your supplement article.
When discussing glutamine you state that glutamine increases recovery time between training sessions. This is false, as glutamine is a supplement for recovery, therefore shortening the recovery time. In the next paragraph you contradict yourself by saying that glutamine decreases recovery time.

You also discuss protein and state that all bodybuilders use protein powders. Later in the discussion you suggest that we should look for a protein powder with 5 grams of glutamine.

Look David, I love glutamine.....use it myself and I've written at length about glutamine on this site, but where is your warning about glutamine for diabetics? By saying "all" bodybuilders use protein powders and that we should look for 5 grams of glutamine, a diabetic lifter could end up with serious health issues by following your advice.

It is critical that you know your facts before recommending supplements.

I have never heard of a problem with glutamine and diabetics. Is this due to the fact that glutamine can be converted to glucose?

Diabetics can metabolize the glutamine abnormally. While the research clears just about everyone for it's use, diabetics are urged to use caution.
