I live in New Orleans and I lost everything in the recent storm. I just want to say thanks to those who have gone out of thier way to make the displaced bodybuilding faithful feel at home. The hardest part from being away from home is not having my second home, the gym, to go to on a daily basis. I found a gym where I am staying and it sure feels good to let out some steam when the stress gets to much to handle as we watch our home and belongings wash away. To all the bodybuilding faithful out there, please make an extra effort to help those in need find comfort in your gyms around the country. If you see an unfamiliar face working out beside you chances are they are from New Orleans. Give them a spot and tell them to keep on pressing!
